Day 01 : Delhi - Jaipur ( by road )
Appear Delhi, meet & assistance at international terminal & straight drive to Jaipur. Appear Jaipur & transfer to the stay place. Later continue for trip to Amber Fort.
AMBER FORT PALACE - - Amer Fort is located in Amer (a town with an area of 4 square kilometres, 11 kilometres from Jaipur, Rajasthan state, India. It is one of the principal tourist attractions in the Jaipur area, located high on a hill. Amer Fort was built by Raja Man Singh I. Amer Fort is known for its artistic style of Hindu elements. With its large ramparts, series of gates and cobbled paths, the fort overlooks the Maota Lake, at its forefront.
The aesthetic ambiance of this formidable fort is seen within its walls on a four level layout plan in a well turned out opulent palace complex built with red sandstone and marble consisting of the Diwan-e-Aam or the "Hall of Public Audience", the Diwan-e-Khas or the "Hall of Private Audience", the Sheesh Mahal (mirror palace) or Jai Mandir, and the Sukh Niwas where a cool climate is artificially created by winds that blow over the water cascade within the palace. Hence, the Amer Fort is also popularly known as the Amer Palace. The palace was lived in by the Rajput Maharajas and their families. At the entrance to the palace near the fort’s Ganesh Gate, there is also a temple dedicated to Sila Devi, a goddess of the Chaitanya cult which was given to Raja Man Singh when he had defeated the Raja of Jessore, Bengal in 1604.
This fort, along with Jaigarh Fort, located immediately above on the Cheel ka Teela (Hill of Eagles) of the same Aravalli range of hills, is considered as one complex, as the two are well connected by a subterranean passage. This passage was meant as an escape route in times of war for the royal family members and others in the Amer Fort to shift to the more redoubtable Jaigarh Fort.
Annual tourist visitation to the Amer Palace in Amer town was reported by the Superintendent of Department of Archaeology and Museums to the Amer Palace as 5000 visitors a day, and 1.4 million visitors were reported during 2007.
CITY PALACE - A wonderful combination of Mughal and conventional Rajasthani structure, the Town Building sprawls over one-seventh of the place in the walled city. It homes the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.
JANTAR MANTAR - This is the biggest and the best maintained of the five observatories designed by Jai Singh II in different areas. This observatory made up of outsizes substantial equipment is still in use.
HAWA MAHAL - Hawa Mahal is a palace in Jaipur, India. It was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, and designed by Lal Chand Ustad in the form of the crown of Krishna, the Hindu god. Its unique five-storey exterior is also akin to the honeycomb of the beehive with its 953 small windows called jharokhas that are decorated with intricate latticework. The original intention of the lattice was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen, since they had to observe strict "purdah" (face cover). Besides this, the lattice also provides cool air caused by the Venturi effect (doctor breeze) through the intricate pattern and thereby air conditioning the whole area during the high temperatures in summers.
Built of red and pink sandstone, the palace is situated on the main thoroughfare in the heart of Jaipur’s business centre. It forms part of the City Palace, and extends to the Zenana or women's chambers, the chambers of the harem. It is particularly striking when viewed early in the morning, lit with the golden light of sunrise.
Day 02 : Jaipur - Mandawa ( by road )
After morning meal drive to Mandawa on the way examine out Samode. The building is well known for its Shekhawati design works of art. The works of art of Dewan - I - Khas too are outstanding. However, the piece-de-resistance of Samode Palace is the spectacular 300-year-old Durbar Area or Sheesh Mahal, which is well known for its lattice work. The building is enclosed by mountains, which creates for a truly stunning establishing.On top of the building is the fort and to reach the fort a journey of 300 actions have to be experienced before one can reach the fort. A trip to Samode is imperfect without viewing the magnificently designed lawn of Samode Bagh. This is a beautiful Mughal lawn. Proceed to Mandawa. Appear Mandawa & check-in at resort. Day 03 : Mandawa - Bikaner ( by road )
After morning meal check-out from the place & check out Mandawa, established 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and still the home of his enfant has wonderful frescoes, Havelis and estates. Day 04 : Bikaner - Jaisalmer ( by road )
After morning meals check-out from the place & continue for town touring trip of Bikaner. Bikaner is known as after its creator Rao Bika Ji in 1488. After morning meal check-out from the place & continue for trip of Royal prince Jodha established town Jodhpur - The stronghold of the intense Rathore group, in 1459. Check out the Mehrangarh Fort, located on a low sandstone mountain. Within the fort, visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, a magnificent stone cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899 and Umaid Public garden. Afternoon departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for Delhi.
